Pablo González
Founding partner and CEO
Pablo González has over 25 years of extensive executive experience in Commercial Areas, Consulting, Marketing, and Business Development in national and international IT sectors.
He has been an MBA Professor, Program Director, and Project Tutor at EOI since 2006, specializing in Marketing, Sales, Communication, Entrepreneurship, Internationalization, and Managerial Skills.
As a speaker, he has participated in numerous conferences and roundtables at institutions and events such as Mobile Monday Madrid (MoMoMa-IE Business School), Chambers of Commerce in Spain, Fundación AVA, EOI, universities, and more.
As a writer, he was a member of the Expert Committee that produced the First Report on Labour Relations and Employability of Andalusia at the request of EOI and the Junta de Andalucía.
Additionally, he was based in London as Sales Director for Iberia of the British company Muzicall Ltd. (acquired by RealNetworks Inc.). From Madrid, he served as Carrier B2B Manager for Iberia and Latin America for the multinational Spanish company ZED Worldwide-Grupo Zed, and Regional Director of Andalusia at Eurovendex-Grupo ADECCO, in Seville. He has held various positions at Supercable, later Aunacable, Grupo Auna, and ONO, where he was the National Sales Channel Development Manager for Grupo Auna (Cable Operators / Retevision-Amena) from Barcelona.
Juan Benítez
Managing Partner of Marketing and Communication
Juan Benítez has been the CMO at The Salmon Factor for over ten years. He has collaborated in training with the Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI) for more than 7 years.
With nearly 25 years of experience in communication and the digital environment, he specializes in Content Marketing, SEO, and digital media, developing practical and actionable strategies for all types of marketing projects.
Previously, he worked at Comunicaciones y Producciones del Sur, an independent communication company that has been operating for over 20 years and publishes Cibersur, the leading and pioneering Innovation and Technology newspaper in Andalusia.
Notable awards received by Cibersur include the 2001 Andalucía Journalism Award (granted by Junta de Andalucía), the 2008 Journalism and Information Society Award (granted by the ASIMELEC association), the 2009 Andalucía Information Society Award (also from Junta de Andalucía), and the 2011 International Telecenters Award for the Best Online Publication specializing in Technology.
He also received the II Best Personal Blog Award at the III Premios Blogosur in 2013 and was a finalist in the 20Blogs Awards by 20Minutos in its first edition (2006).
Additionally, he was a founder of the Association of Digital Journalists of Andalusia (APDA), participating in the first Digital Journalism Congress held in Andalusia.
Patrick Doherty
Content Marketing & Social Media Director
Patrick Doherty is an SEO copywriter, digital content creator, and social media manager for our company’s international department. He has vast experience in content creation in the hospitality, food and beverage, sports, and retail industries.
At The Salmon Factor, Patrick’s role is to supervise the creation of SEO-optimized content designed to improve visibility and positioning in organic searches.
As a writer, his work has appeared in the Irish Independent and broadcast on RTE, Ireland’s national broadcaster. He has twice been nominated for the Hennessy New Irish Writing Awards and once for the PJ O’Connor Radio Drama Awards.
He has a degree in English and History from the National University of Ireland, Galway and a Master’s in American Literature from the University College Dublin.
